Welcome to 8th Grade!!

My name is Taylor Cranford and this is my 9th year teaching! I have my bachelor's degree from Appalachian State, my Master's of Art in Teaching from UNCG, and my Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, focusing on STEAM education from Clemson University. I have taught 8th, 6th, and 5th grade but teaching middle school is my passion! At CDMS I also help coach volleyball in the spring. Students are expected to come to class prepared and with all materials (science notebook, pencil, glue stick)

Students are expected to respect themselves, their classmates, and their teacher

Students are expected to try their best each and every day and follow all school rules

 

If a student is absent they have five school days to make up any missing assignments. After the five days, 5 points will be taken from the assignment each day that it is late.
