Classroom Expectations

Students will work independently and collaboratively to solve problems. Many of the problems we work with will have different approaches and students will be encouraged to think of the way they feel best suits the situation. Our goal is to guide students into proficient problem solvers. Google Classroom will serve as a very important link between our class and home.  Videos of lessons and copies of our notes will be stored there so students can access whenever they need to review a concept or catch up due to an absence.  We will use chromebooks and calculators throughout the year, but there will also be times when we do not use these technologies.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in assignments, papers, projects, and exams is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the instructor. Students must ensure their work is original and consult the instructor if unsure about tool usage.
